1. Introduction
Welcome to Polymers Bazaar. By accessing and using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our App.
2. Account Registration and Account Deletion
Registration: Sellers must register an account and provide accurate business details, including contact information, business registration, and tax identification numbers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time directly through the App settings (Account > Delete Account) or by submitting a request to info@polymersbazaar.com. Upon receiving your request, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.
3. Product Listings
Accuracy of Listings: Sellers must provide clear, complete, and accurate product descriptions, including relevant technical specifications, origin, and inventory levels.
Pricing: Sellers are responsible for setting prices, which must transparently state all applicable fees, shipping costs, and taxes prior to transaction completion.
Prohibited Products: Sellers are strictly prohibited from listing counterfeit, illegal, hazardous, or non-compliant materials that violate local or international regulations.
4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
Shipping Responsibilities: Sellers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping products within the specified delivery timeframe provided to the buyer.
Order Processing: Sellers must confirm and process orders promptly. Excessive delays or failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties or account suspension.
Tracking: Sellers must provide valid tracking details where applicable.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes
Return Policy: Sellers must clearly state their return policy, including conditions, timelines, and restocking fees (if applicable).
Refund Timeliness: Approved refunds must be processed promptly once the returned product is verified.
Dispute Resolution: Sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes directly with buyers. Polymers Bazaar reserves the right to review unresolved disputes to enforce platform standards.
6. Seller Conduct and Compliance
Sellers agree to:
Maintain high standards of product quality and service delivery.
Communicate with buyers professionally through authorized app channels.
Refrain from off-platform payment redirection, fraudulent activities, or misleading representations.
7. App Permissions and Data Privacy
To operate effectively, the App may request access to:
Location: To show nearby listings and filter localized polymer availability.
Camera & Storage: To allow sellers to capture and upload product photos, certificates, or specification documents.
Notifications: To deliver real-time order updates and polymer price alerts. All data collected is handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and store compliance guidelines.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform logos, software, design elements, and content remain the property of Polymers Bazaar or its licensors. Sellers retain rights to their uploaded logos and product media but grant Polymers Bazaar a non-exclusive license to display them within the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
Polymers Bazaar provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, delayed orders, or seller-buyer transactions.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in regulatory or app store policies. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of any revisions.
