- Sellers must register an account and provide accurate business details, including contact information and tax identification numbers.
- Sellers are responsible for maintaining their product listings, pricing, and stock availability.
Product Listings
- Accuracy of Listings: Sellers must provide accurate and complete product descriptions, including any relevant technical specifications.
- Pricing: Sellers are responsible for setting prices, which must include all applicable fees and taxes. Price adjustments should be clearly communicated and updated in the listings.
- Prohibited Products: Sellers are not permitted to list counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe products.
Order Fulfillment
- Shipping: Sellers are responsible for packing and shipping products within the stated delivery time.
- Order Processing: Sellers must process and confirm orders promptly. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation and penalties.
- Shipping Costs: Sellers should clearly state shipping costs in the product listings.
Returns and Refunds
- Sellers must establish and communicate their return policy, including the conditions under which returns will be accepted.
- Refund Timeliness: Refunds should be processed within the specified time once the returned product is received in its original condition.
Seller Conduct
Sellers agree to:
- Maintain a high standard of product quality.
- Engage with buyers professionally and courteously.
- Avoid fraudulent activities, such as listing non-existent products.
Seller Performance
Polymers Bazaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s account if they fail to meet performance standards, such as order cancellations, late shipments, or negative customer feedback.
Dispute Resolution
Sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes with buyers directly. Polymers Bazaar may assist but is not responsible for dispute outcomes.
